LE MURIER NOIR \/ BLANC<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Le\u00a0M\u00fbrier noir\u00a0est un arbre \u00e0 la cime \u00e9tal\u00e9e qui peut \u00eatre cultiv\u00e9 en\u00a0rocailles, en individu\u00a0isol\u00e9\u00a0et en\u00a0alignement.\u00a0Les m\u00fbres sont riches en vitamine C, et peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es aussi bien en confiture, qu’en sirop.<\/p>\n

Cet arbre au feuillage caduque pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les sols frais et l\u00e9gers.<\/p>\n

DIFF\u00c9RENCES DE GO\u00dbT<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

Le fruit du m\u00fbrier noir n’est jamais doux. Il a une saveur acide avant la maturit\u00e9 et acidul\u00e9e (agr\u00e9able cependant) \u00e0 maturit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n

Le fruit du m\u00fbrier blanc est plus douce. A maturit\u00e9 la mure est alors sucr\u00e9e, sans aucune note acidul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Plantation\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

1. Apr\u00e8s avoir creus\u00e9 un trou assez profond, supprimer les racines trop longues \u00e0 l’aide d’un s\u00e9cateur, puis m\u00e9langer la terre de chez (70%) vous avec du sable, terreau ou compost (30% maximum)<\/p>\n

2. V\u00e9rifier que le volume des branches est \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 avec celui du syst\u00e8me racinaire sinon r\u00e9duire les rameaux.<\/p>\n

3. Recouvrer de terre et arroser g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement.<\/p>\n

4. Mettre en place un tuteur pour un meilleur d\u00e9veloppement de votre plant.<\/p>\n

5. Ne pas laisser de gazon autour du plant sur 1 m de diam\u00e8tre minimum et pailler.<\/p>\n

Arroser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, surtout lors des p\u00e9riodes chaudes.<\/p>\n

Que faire si mes plants arrivent en p\u00e9riode de gel ?<\/span><\/h3>\n

S’il g\u00e8le vous pouvez mettre vos plants en jauge \u00e0 l’abri du nord dans un m\u00e9lange de terreau et sable, ou bien dans l’eau dans une pi\u00e8ce non chauff\u00e9e et lumineuse durant une \u00e0 deux semaines maximum.<\/p>\n

Planter d\u00e8s que possible puis pailler g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement avec de l’herbe, foin, paille… 20cm au dessus de la terre.<\/p>\n
